Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Patient Talker account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is processed:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All your personal information will be removed from our systems
• All audio recordings, transcripts, and medical notes will be deleted
• Any caregiver access you have granted will be revoked
• Your subscription (if any) will be cancelled

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Processing Time

We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
